Classes given by Ana Maria De la Fuente Amarante, professional pastry chef.
A specific calendar of themes is proposed, with the possibility of welcoming groups on other dates, and for themes on request.
Ana welcomes you over a cup of coffee or tea to introduce the subject and its history, if there is one.
Demonstrate the techniques and take part in certain parts of the process: poaching, spreading, basting, etc.
Assemble and decorate a pastry for around 3 people, made by each participant.
Each participant leaves with their creation in a cardboard box.
