The start is in Vannes on Saturday July 26, with stages in Angers, Poitiers and Clermont-Ferrand before the runners reach Savoie. They will conclude their journey in Haute-Savoie.
The final stage will take place on Sunday August 4, 2024, between Praz-sur-Arly and Châtel-Les Portes du Soleil. Like last year, this mountainous stage promises to shake up the standings.
Athletes will pass through Megève, Combloux, and Sallanches, climb the côte d'Arâches-la-Frasse (6.2 km at 7.1%), then tackle the Col de Joux-Plane (11.6 km at 8.5%) after passing through Châtillon-sur-Cluses, Morillon, and Samoëns.
The route continues on to Morzine, the Col de Corbier (5.9 km at 8.5%) and Abondance, before concluding with a final climb to Châtel.
