The chalet "Les Rots Home" is located in a charming little hamlet 2 steps from the center and the ski lifts. This renovated farmhouse can accommodate 10-12 people in 4 bedrooms + mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. The chalet is ideal for families.

This magnificent chalet sleeps 10 to 12 people in four bedrooms ( + a mezzanine double bed) and three bathrooms. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, plus a games room on the mezzanine.

The entrance door on the first floor opens onto a small corridor, then onto the attractive living room. The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar, a wonderful place to enjoy a snack or keep the cook company. The large dining table opens directly onto the beautiful covered terrace - where you can eat in fine weather, or simply enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the jacuzzi.

A double-sided fireplace separates the dining area from the warm, double-height living room. It's the perfect place to catch up over an after-dinner chat, or curl up with a good book. You'll also find two bedrooms on this floor, both with en-suite shower rooms. One has a double bed, while the other has a large double bed and a practical dressing room.

There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor - one with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, and a dormitory room with four single beds (which can also be converted into two double beds). These rooms share a bathroom with bath and WC.

Staircases lead from this floor to a mezzanine playroom, much loved by young and old alike! There's comfortable seating around the TV, as well as table soccer, board games and a desk for the kids. There's also a sofa bed for two extra people, if required. This room leads onto a balcony, which offers probably the best views of the chalet!

There are three parking spaces outside the chalet.
Beds will be made up and towels provided on arrival.
