How to reach the tourist office?
Magnificent itinerary with a view of the Giffre valley and Mont Blanc through various small hamlets.
Take the road to the Col de Joux plane, 4 km before the summit, you will have a parking space in a hairpin and on your right a wooden fence in the bend with a picnic table facing the valley and Mont Blanc.
The start will be behind the barrier then follow the stop, cross the road and take the wide path opposite towards Samoens.

Stay on the track because a part of the path is collapsed, the path recovers at about 300m on the right.
At the end of the path, take a little momentum to join the road (5m uphill). Stay on the road for about 200m then take the path on the right towards the ecomuseum.
Cross several hamlets (cessonex, clos piton and Mathonnex).
In Mathonnex, take the trail to the right on the bend. Arriving on the small road, pass between the 2 farms (place called Secouen) and take the direction of Le Villard (undergrowth path).
At Le Villard, finish the descent by taking the road on the right towards the Chénets activity area (opposite the caterer in the haut giffre).
