Cold yoga practices were developed mainly by Tibetans in the Himalayas in very "hostile" conditions. Energy yoga helps to develop body consciousness, respiratory capacity and soothe the mind.
During our snowshoe ride, we will activate our breathing, contract our muscles, rub our body to activate the internal heat.
We will use our breath as a tool of consciousness.
