The practice of sliding sports is an outdoor practice, where the equipment (gloves, ski, sticks…) promotes barrier gestures. In some public places, the capacity can be reduced. The mask is mandatory from 11 years old. You will find below the protective measures put in place during your journey in the resort.

To access the station, by public transport
Mask must be worn on platforms and on buses.

Mask must be worn in the queues and on the ski lifts.
Daily disinfection of contact areas.
Our advice: book your ski passes online: to reduce your waiting time at the checkout and to limit contact with others, we invite you to book your ski passes online! Your packages will be sent free of charge to your home.
Rest assured, for all pre-purchased packages:
– If skiing on the Grand Massif is limited during the winter of 2020-2021, we guarantee you access to the ski area (season pass included).
– In the event of positive COVID-19 virus testing, quarantine, and/or containment, we will cancel and refund your packages (upon presentation a supporting document).
– The Grand Massif Season Pass gives you access to 12 days of skiing during the opening period from 12 December 2020 to 18 April 2021. We offer you all your other ski days!
If the ski area should open less than 12 weeks during the winter season, we will refund your Subscription in proportion to the weeks not available. For example, if the ski area is open for a total of 11 weeks during the season, we will refund 1/12 of the price of your Subscription, upon your request.

Setting up a Samoëns Hygiene & Safe charter

A common and local charter in connection with the health constraints of the moment!

In order to reassure customers and in a logic of quality approach, Samoëns has implemented the charter «SAMOËNS Hygiene & Safe».
It makes it possible to identify all the septimontain hosts who have signed this charter and who are committed to implement everything to ensure the safety of their stay. This charter includes health commitments and protocols to follow in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.

Your cancellation conditions for winter 2020/2021:

Cancellation without charge, without maximum delay, due to restrictive measures implemented by the French government (confinement, radius of 100km, department closed to stays, etc.) due to the Covid-19 health crisis.
Attention the closure of the ski area, will not involve the support of a cancellation free of charge by our services.

Cancellation for any other reason: Up to 30 days before your date of arrival: 0% of the total amount of the stay
From 30 to 21 days before your date of arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay
From 20 to 8 days before your date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay
From 7 to 2 days before your date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay
Less than 48 hours before your arrival date: 1100% of the total amount of the stay

Our reservation service also offers a cancellation insurance (3% of the amount of your stay), it will allow you to claim a total refund in case of cancellation regardless of the date and the reason. See guarantees.
