In order to reassure customers and in a logic of quality approach, Samoëns has implemented the charter «SAMOËNS Hygiene & Safe».
It makes it possible to identify all the septimontain hosts who have signed this charter and who are committed to implement everything to ensure the safety of their stay. This charter includes health commitments and protocols to follow in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.

Your cancellation conditions for summer 2021:

Cancellation without charge, without maximum delay, due to restrictive measures implemented by the French government (confinement, radius of 100km, department closed to stays, etc.) due to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Cancellation for any other reason: Up to 30 days before your date of arrival: 0% of the total amount of the stay
From 30 to 21 days before your date of arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay
From 20 to 8 days before your date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay
From 7 to 2 days before your date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay
Less than 48 hours before your arrival date: 1100% of the total amount of the stay

Our reservation service also offers a cancellation insurance (3% of the amount of your stay), it will allow you to claim a total refund in case of cancellation regardless of the date and the reason. See guarantees.
