Les Rencontres Bien-Être 2025 (6th edition) invites the general public to a unique weekend to discover wellness practices developed by local professionals.
On the program: original workshops, group classes (yoga, dance...), conferences, individual treatments and an intimate piano concert on Saturday evening.
An invitation to take the time to meet and exchange ideas over an herbal tea or a healthy meal from the local organic foodtruck.
Activities will be accessible to all budgets, making it easy to discover these practices. An artisans' market (free access) will also be present during the Rencontres.
This year's event will pay tribute to Mother Earth, connecting us by feeling, listening, dancing and eating consciously.
