Experience Nordic and local activities with the whole family, free of charge, in a friendly and festive atmosphere at the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval!

Enjoy a free, family-friendly experience at the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval and discover Nordic and local activities in a festive atmosphere! The villages of Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Samoëns, Morillon and Verchaix are joining forces to offer you a host of Nordic activities in the majestic setting of the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval.

Les Hivernales du Haut-Giffre offers two fun and festive days dedicated to discovering the valley's Nordic activities: cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowshoeing, introduction to paret (sledges), fat-bikes, kindergarten, climbing wall, pony-luge....

There's also a whole host of activities on the programme: educational activities on the flora and fauna of the valley in partnership with the Nature Reserve, obstacle course, human curling, ice sculpture, ARVA search, climbing wall (weather permitting), batucada, and much more.

Drinks and food will be available on site.

New this year: Saturday evening with a Nordic relay, a paret race and live music throughout the evening.
