Our family farms: the Gaec le Criou farm, which makes and sells fromage frais from a local herd of cows. Les Croës Canailles farm, where Hérens cows are reared, sells local charcuterie as well as cheese. Finally, the farmers at Ferme des Cimes offer you the chance to visit their cow and goat farm, by prior arrangement.

Visits during the All Saints’ holiday

Our top places to discover during the All Saints’ Day holidays are the Alpine Botanical Gardens and the 9 hamlets of Samoëns. Wander around the Place du Gros tilleul to admire the tree that has been the emblem of Samoëns since the 15th century and watch the work of the stone masons, known as the Frahans, on the Halle de La Grenette in particular.

Finally, the Clos Parchet eco-museum, a genuine journey through the human history of Savoie, is open until the end of October, every Thursday afternoon. Bookings at the Tourist Office.
