Family-run business, making and selling farmhouse cheeses from our cows' milk, as well as our charcuterie from our cows' meat.
Our farm is made up entirely of Herens cows, small but stocky, forged by and for the mountains.
Their milk is low in fat but high in protein. Milking is semi-handcrafted on the farm.
We make Tommes, Tommettes, Fromage de Montagne, raclette, and sometimes sérac. We also make 1st choice meat boxes, charcuterie, sausages and Herens dried meat. Plenty of goodies to delight the palates of farm produce lovers.
